French Top 14 Rugby club Toulouse have revealed that they have signed All Black centre Luke McAlister, Wallaby scrumhalf Luke Burgess and Springbok prop Gurthro Steenkamp for next season.
Toulouse said Wednesday on its website that McAlister and Burgess will join after the World Cup on three-year contracts through to the end of the 2013-14 season.
The 27-year-old McAlister, who can also play flyhalf, will leave the Auckland Blues, while the 26-year-old Burgess will move from the New South Wales Waratahs.
Loosehead prop Gurthro Steenkamp, South Africa’s 2010 player of the year, has also joined on a similar deal from the Bulls.
While French flyhalf Lionel Beauxis has signed from Stade Francais.
