People who think that the Boks have this awesome forward pack that can dominate teams like the All Blacks and Aussies physically and then use a Morne Steyn type kicker to keep us rolling forward, are delusional and in denial.
We bluff ourselves that this is the case, when in reality our pack at best can get parity with these two teams.
The above thinking is old fashioned and stupid.
Winning the WC is about having highly skilled players and inventive, modern tactics to match.
It is not about, “Dont worry we have time and our players will hit form”
Will they hit the kind of form that demonstrates skills that we have not seen from them yet?
Will we have the game tactics and decision making that out smarts the All Blacks and Aussies?
Everything points to the answers being No.
Some more team sheets up
Ah well pity about the good weather and my whole family is turning up…..I’ll be busy.

@ 4man:4man,
Jeez, with all that rugby, NO SuperRugby in the afternoon? That would never do me. So you miss out on the SA home games of the SuperRugby over there? Demand a discount from Sky…hehhe.
Where do you watch the afternoon SuperRugby, or do you just give it a miss? The pubs there must show it surely?
@ tight head:31 – Well said TH. I am with you on that 100%.
We are lagging way, way behind.
