Reds (29) 41 / Cheetahs (3) 8 (Final Score)
The Reds hosted the Cheetahs at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane at 06:30 SA Time. This was the match thread for discussion of the game. The match was broadcast live on SuperSport 1, SHD & M-Net on TV in SA.
The Cheetahs played stupid rugby, letting the Reds run at them from all over and making a plethera of simple errors.
The Reds were enterprising and red-hot, blasting the Cheetahs away with consumate ease.

slegte naweek vir protea en cheetah fans.hier kom iets vir die rekord boeke.
Lets talk about other things besides this game.
Has anyone had success on the Atkins diet?
58@ Loosehead:
You are now Author for the Stormers game, the Thread will appear automatically at 13:00 on R-T
62@ Loosehead:
I’ve NEVER EVER been on a diet in my life, not for a minute
63@ grootblousmile:
Thanks Boss!
There’s absolutely NOOO penatration in the Cheetahs backline running
64@ grootblousmile:
Nor have I. I am proudly tubby. They say that smoking and high nerves keep you thin.
Anything else that we can talk about instead of this game?
Luckily Sarel Pretorius has now replaced Matewis de Bruin…
De Bruin is super shit, always has been, don’t know what they see in him
66@ grootblousmile:
Their girlfriends / wives / life partners must be disappointed.
67@ Loosehead:
My secret to being slim is Kameeltjies and Condensed Milk…. hehehe
I’m not the nervy type…
Try Will Genia
Reds 34 / 3
I bought a new puppy from Germany, got a quote from SAA to fly it to Cape Town. It was just short of R20 000. I am now flying to Germany next Friday on Air Berlin, spending 2 nights there and flying back with the puppy for R9 000. Madness.
I am going to miss the games from now on, beloftes maak mos skuld. Nou gou iemand gaan help met hul tuin uitleg. Dan moet ek kom stort en Kapama game lodge toe vir die grootste gedeelte van die naweek. Sorry Cheetahs dinge lyk sleg.
Fluck, this is embarrassing.
73@ Loosehead:
Hehehe
I would have done better… pick up a “Straatbrak” from the SPCA…
Also a thoroug bred dog… Father was a dog, mother is a dog… no problem!
Hehehe
75@ Loosehead:
I thought the Bulls were error-ridden last week… this gives new meaning to it by the Staat
12 min of suffering left
76@ grootblousmile:
I don’t understand the pricing for SAA. Last year I flew to Spain and back on Emirates for a grand more than what SAA were asking for a return ticket from Cape Town to Jo’burg.
Try Wilhelm Steenkamp
TRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
Reds 34 / 8
77@ grootblousmile:
They are just crap. Same as last week, only difference is that the Waratahs were crapper.
79@ Loosehead:
SAA is farktup… I voved in 2007 that I would NEVER fly with them again, after we flew to Durban and back for that 1st Bulls Super 14 title.
Baddddd hostesses, disinterested and sultry and plainly looking to cause shit for customers.
It is time for my ex team mate Naka to go. I would like to see Dawie Theron coaching the VRYSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAT next year.
Or H Meyer.
Cheetahs did well to keep the score this “low”, it really looked like a 50 point rogering in progress at halftime
Genia puts the last nail in, his 2nd try
Final Score: Reds 41 / 8 Cheetahs
net toe ek se die score is laag gehou toe laat die Cheetahs nog een in, nou lyk die telling sleg.
Thank goodness that the game is over.
