Reds (29) 41 / Cheetahs (3) 8 (Final Score)
The Reds hosted the Cheetahs at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane at 06:30 SA Time. This was the match thread for discussion of the game. The match was broadcast live on SuperSport 1, SHD & M-Net on TV in SA.
The Cheetahs played stupid rugby, letting the Reds run at them from all over and making a plethera of simple errors.
The Reds were enterprising and red-hot, blasting the Cheetahs away with consumate ease.

The Blue Bulls came out of their losing streak with an excellent 45-21 (half-time 24-9) victory over the Toyota Free State Cheetahs in their Vodacom Cup match at Shimla Park on Friday night.
The defending champion Bulls showed that they weren’t quite ready to exit Vodacom Cup contention with an extremely passionate, powerful performance.
The Vodacom Blue Bulls ran in seven tries – through Juandre Kruger, Clayton Blommetjies, Gerrit-Jan van Velze, Marnus Schoeman, Corne Fourie, Stefan Watermeyer and William Small-Smith, but the try-scorers will be the first to acknowledge their success was built on the fine work of their pack, who were quick to gain an ascendancy, especially in the scrums.
Loskoppie, is there a chance you can do the Stormers / Force game thread at 15:00 today?
@ superBul: At least the Bulls will win tonight. Unlike the Cheetahs.
3 names in last nights Vodacom team i hope to see soon in the Bulls S14 team. We must try something new.
“The Bulls put four straight defeats behind them by sticking to their strengths, with scrumhalf Ruan Snyman proving an excellent link-man between their driving forwards and backs. Van Velze was an extremely effective ball-carrier, while Watermeyer was exemplary in midfield”
2nd Half On!

What happened to our “reporters” going to Booooolands to cover the games and interviews?
Look at the Cheetahs , there is quite a few players that use HB technique at the breakdown. Does having him as example helps the rest?
