Botha took three wickets during the morning session in a teasing spell, then after lunch Morkel wrapped up the innings with the second new ball to finish with for 5 for 54 and leave South Africa well placed to push for victory

Pakistan’s session. Despite being a bowler short, they have evened out this contest at the end of the morning session on the second day. Gul kicked things off with three wickets, including that of AB with a lovely delivery that jagged in, and the spinners then stepped up. @ Winston:
Since last year and the injury to Steyn , Morne took over as our best bowler.
SA lost 7 for 73 yesterday, Pakistan have gone one better – 7 for 72. Unfortunately for them, SA’s openers did even better than theirs. Nice lead then for Smith’s men.
Our openers must get us a nice quick start. Be positive.
He has always had the talent but just looked a bit mentally soft when the bowlers go after him but he is starting to get his act together..
Lets have a killer instinct here and not let things plod along.
Great figures for Morne

Sreesanth is being peppered by bouncers here. He takes the bat out of the line, twists his body, and takes yet another blow on the body. Hmmm.
