No place for Mapoe on the wing?

Oh wait I seem to remember that he has a binding contract with the VRYSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!

    Flukken poachers.

Well the Sharks shouldn’t have too much trouble in winning this one, but then again maybe their loss to the Lions last weekend has started the SLIDE?

Just joking, that is a rather solid looking team. When was the last time that Andre Pretorius actually played 80 minutes?

    @ biltongbek:
The Sharks have at least 1 disasterous game every season, will this be the one?

Will Pretorius be injured before the game?

    @ Loosehead:
You can never count out the possibility of Pretorius pulling a hamstring. I am sure he has the shortest hamstrings in rugby, if he sits on the toilet and pushes to hard, he pulls one.

Biltong, speaking of solid, I have to say that despite all the injuries and the absence of the Boks, the top 5 teams are all looking very good. How we can not be contenders for next years WC with the plethora of talent available (not to mention the overseas guys like Big Joe, Marius Joubert and Steyn) is TRULY beyond.

Or lets put it this way. Our coaching team sucks (hehe, because I can)

    * beyond me.

Good Sharks team and pleased Lambie is getting bit of a rest on the bench this week. He has played non stop so far. Big game coming up next week.

@ Greenpoint-Gunner:6 – GG, Agree with you, how we can’t be contenders for next years world cup with the players we have here is crazy.

Really hope that PdV gets in plenty help for next year. Cause without it we wont make it after the quarter final, let alone the semi against ABs on home soil.

Though with FdP, Brussow coming back and with our players well conditioned we could be. Hoping. Just far too much talent with those players not to make it all the way. Only of course the semi will be a final before the final. For ABs or Boks. Pity we have to meet in the semi.

On the CC this has to be the most exciting CC we have had in years.

    @ Puma:
Yes, I think that once the players have had a bit of a rest, and the new year starts they will all be highly motivated for the RWC. As you say there is plenty of talent, there is no doubt.

The All Blacks should have kept this new way of play to themselves until next year. Their pride once again may be their downfall.

No matter how useless we sometimes feel dick, Gary and Pieter are, someone will be wise enough to counter the All Black ruck.

If the referees don’t do it first.
