    Chester knows nothing about rugby.

    64: coach/coaching

  • 66

@ Treehugger:58 – Treehugs. For sure. Really going to give up on our Boks if we keep with the rubbish coaching. Don’t blame the players that is the easy route. It is the coaching and the bloody selection. Useless bunch. Felt for the players. Anyhow been through this whole thing in 2006 even though never blogged at the time. We have plenty injured so maybe we will get em back next year. They will all make a difference. Was very impressed with Hougaard though.

    Now for my Sharkies.

I rate Vic highly, but today for me, didnt see him.

    @ bdb:
Juan would be a superb Bok Captain for the WC. I respect Smit, but doubt that he is the best hooker at the moment.

    @ bdb:
lol thanks, that explains a lot, one word.

Am quite good with languages, remember my afrikaans is self taught.

What a pity about the Boks, it hurts to think we lost after leading almost till the end. From what you folks who watched the game have written it seems that they played quite well today in what was an amazing atmosphere. I know you say there were bad substitutes mad by the Boks but I also can’t understand where the All Blacks found the energy to overtake us in the end, I thought the altitude was meant to favour the Boks, so you really also have to take your hat off the the All Blacks, one classy team at the moment.
At least for this game I can sit and observe as a neutral and not get worked up by the result.

    @ bdb:
hope some one gives you a wedgie for saying that or a wet willie (for those with smuttie minds, its a wet finger in the ear) yukkie.

Maar as hul so gaan aangaan, gaan daar volgende jaar heelwat minder bok ondersteuners wees.

75 no one looked tired , just dont know why January must pile up 5 minute tests, is it Peters mission to make him the most capped no 9

  • 79

    @ Puma:
Thought nearly the whole team did well today, but where was BEASTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

  • 82

    76: wat is a ‘yukkie’ ?

  • 83

    @ Bullscot:
Was a great great game, we are just dissapointed and are not takeing any credit away from the kiwis, we just need a bit of time to get our equilibrium back so we can be more gracious.

  • 84

    @ JimT:
    LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL unfortunately yes,

  • 86

Gevaarlike duik, 3 weke skorsing vir Duane.

  • 87

    @ bdb:
    yukkie = not nice, unpleasant.

  • 89

    @ Treehugger:
It may be a case of a player at the end of a long career. Has won everything there is to win & the motivation is gone. Can happen to anyone I guess. He was a good player at his best. Same is true for JS. Let them get their 100 tests in & then look for new options. Professional sports is a tough business, no room for sentiment I’m afraid.

    @ superBul:
Ok thanks for clearing that up. Yes who knows why Hougaard was subsituted, as for the questioning of Juan Smith being subbed – I noticed he was taken off around 60 minutes and thought maybe its because he isn’t completely up to match fitness and sounds like he did more than his share of work in his time on the field, then I read he was off injured, do you know more about this, hopefully only a little niggle and only a precautionary move to take him off.
