Vodacom Western Province hostsed Barloworld Toyota Pumas at Newlands, Cape Town at 19:10 SA Time. This is the match thread for discussion of the game. The game was broadcast life on SuperSport 1 on DSTV in SA.
Western Province demolished the Pumas in the 1st half, already earning their bonus point for tries after just more than half an hour of play.
The 2nd half was much better by the Pumas, but Western Province coasted home and eventually the scoreline was 7 tries to 2
Western Province won by 54 / 13 and kept their run of wins in the Currie Cup flawless.
