Former Bulls Mascot signs on as Sharks Team Doctor

The team doctor of the Blue Bulls junior teams, Ewoudt van der Linde, has been appointed as team doctor at the Sharks.

Van der Linde was eight year at the Bulls, first as the man inside the Bulletjie costume, where his acrobatic moves made him a great hit with the Loftus faithful and later, upon finishing his medical degree, as team doctor. Van der Linde said it was a career move.

“It is in my job as a sports doctor a very big opportunity to join the Sharks in a senior position. To all at the Bulls, many thanks for the eight years that I could be part of a GREAT family! It was an incredible time where I gained so many lessons in life and the best memories. I will miss you all.”

    Now his PHD begins as obviously his education had gone as far as it can at the Bulls….because the really smart ou’s are at the Sharks.

    Wait for it guys, he should have stayed at the Bulls and been 3rd in line to take over as team doctor and with a bit of luck in 5 to 7 years he could have taken over and in the mean time he wait in the wings 😛 By him going shows that he is disloyal…

    @ grootblousmile:No man…pay attention, I know its difficult, but his education has gone as far as it can in doctoring at the Bulls camp….they do not have the cerebral capacity to take him further….aaaaannnnnddd he can catch a tan in winter.
