It may be World Cup football time, but don’t try telling that to rugby lovers.

Between Friday, June 4 and June 26, there will be 15 full-blooded internationals broadcast on SuperSport, in addition to the IRB junior world championships, two New Zealand Maori fixtures, the Coca Cola Craven Week, the Safaricom Sevens and a series of FNB Classic Clashes.

In all, over 50 rugby matches will be broadcast on the World of Champions throughout June.

The line-up is headed by South Africa’s four internationals, starting against Wales on Saturday.

Two major series will also be in the opffing – Australia against England and New Zealand versus Wales.

The Maori matches take place against Ireland and England (June 18 and 23 respectively).

Major fixtures on SuperSport:

June 4: Barbarians vs Ireland, 8.45pm.

June 5: Australia vs Fiji, 11.30am; Wales vs South Africa, 3.40pm.

June 12: New Zealand vs Ireland, 9.35am; Australia vs England, 12.05pm; South Africa vs France, 2pm; Argentina vs Scotland, 8.45pm.

June 19: New Zealand vs Wales, 9.35am; Australia vs England, 12.05pm; South Africa vs Italy, 3pm; Argentina vs Scotland, 8.45pm.

June 26: New Zealand vs Wales, 9.35am; Australia vs Ireland, 12.05pm; South Africa vs Italy, 3pm; Argentina vs France, 8.45pm.
