Hi Tripples, please help out Blouste and bdb here, girl; they’re getting their excuses in early. 😉
I remember the last game of the Currie-Cup, I think it was in 2006, Bulls sent out a “C-Team” against a full-strength WP team, including guys like Joe van Niekerk, Jean de Villiers, Schalk, Gerrie Brits etcetera.
Everyone expected a slaughter, I went to Loftus to watch a slaughter, what I got was a 36-36 draw, and De Villiers ran in an intercept to get to 36.
I will never underestimate a Bulls 2nd side again in my life. Those young okes are full of hunger, they will give anything to cause an upset.
I can only hope my Stormers keep their heads on their shoulders.
27: Presies !
Julle Ingelse kolonie, 70 000 Boere teen 360 000 Engelse…
Skanne!
34@ Saint – What do you think about the probable Bulls Team?
I would hereby like to thank the Sharks for putting my team in this position, hopefully the timeous wake-up call makes the players realize that we ain’t won nothing yet.
33 halloooooooooo kitaartjie, no I dont think the bulls will beat the stormers this week, but guys, come the final it will be a different story
34; was ‘n goeie spannende wedstryd.
GBS, I think that Pedrie will also get a rest, or start from the bench…but all in all, that should be the team. I think it would be a bit cruel to give Helberg a shot against Habana on a packed Newlands, he’s never experienced anything like it, stress can make you do things that can cost you your career.
Looking forward to someone punching Kuun’s lights out.
Unless of course the Bulls are messing with everyone and only makes 5 or 6 changes. They have been awfully quiet lately.
3 – gbs, That team going to get smacked by the Stormers. How many times have they played together huh? None. You need plenty game time to gel.
Stormers by 15 maybe 20.
De Wet Barry playing now for PE??? Only trained with the Bulls but has never got game time with them.
gbs, You can never fool me klein boeta. This will be a walk in the park for Stormers 😀
Stormers team out!
The long awaited team is out. Danie Rossouw is not playing
47: … after the weekend ?
Best game on the weekend to watch will be: Saders/Brumbies and Canes/Tahs.
Also my Sharks/Force of course 😀
The Newlands game was going to be the biggest this season. Now we have to wait for the final to see these two teams play each other full strength.
#43
bdb
48 – dWeePer, Just tell our WEBMASTER THAT…hehehehe. He thinks he is playing 8 😯
Bakkies die Kaptein.
gbs, Put the Bulls and Stormers team up. They are out.
The Stormers should be thanking the Bulls for allowing them an oppertunity to play a home semi final. The Bulls could always field their strongest team and make the Stormers fly to Aus or NZ on Sunday.
Puma, sharks are going to klap the force!!!!
#53
Loosie
If the Bulls played their strongest side, and won, which is obviously not a made-out matter, the Stormers would have played at Soweto. The Bulls are protecting themselves as much as anything.
57: wonder watter kaptein gaan die eerste geelkaart kry !
56 – Tripps, Hope so. Want my team to end this tourney with a win.
See Bakkies is captain. Your team going to get smacked at Newlands. Sorry Tripps they will. Well it is your 2nd string team. Not even the bench has top players there.
