Wonder what the Sharks side is going to look like this week..

  • 2

    1@ Winnie – Still shitty….. like last week… hehehe

Looks like only Muller is definately out and that Deysel and Alberts is OK to go. We’ll know about John Smit soon enough.

  • 3

gbs, Sharks team will be worse than last week. Even if we have Alberts and Deysel. With no Smit, Muller and Bissy we just don’t have a chance. Our backline is rubbish. Only Ruan, Lambie and now Mvovo who are doing anything there. Our centres are just terrible. Goode at FH is okay but not great. We really need centres and a Fh for next year.

  • 4

Reds too have plenty injuries now. They may fall out of the semi run. Think Canes might sneak in.

  • 5

    Habana rested for the weekend…

Stormers – 15 Gio Aplon, 14 Sireli Naqelevuki, 13 Jaque Fourie, 12 Juan de Jongh, 11 Tim Whitehead, 10 Peter Grant, 9 Dewaldt Duvenage, 8 Duane Vermeulen, 7 Francois Louw, 6 Schalk Burger (c), 5 Andries Bekker, 4 Adriaan Fondse, 3 Brok Harris, 2 Tiaan Liebenberg, 1 JD Moller.
Subs: 16 Deon Fourie, 17 Eusebio Guinazu, 18 Anton van Zyl, 19 Pieter Louw, 20 Ricky Januarie, 21 Willem de Waal, 22 Joe Pietersen.

    Go Sharks !!!

  • 6

5 – Blouste, That is a almighty Stormer team. Don’t think we can beat them. If we had our full strength team we would have had a chance not now. Though hope it is a good game.

  • 7

Jeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzz thats a strong Stormers team, but am still going to back my SHARKSSSSSSSSSSSSS on bru.

  • 8

7 – Treehugs, I went against my Sharks for only the 2nd time. We have far too many injuries to compete against this team. We will give it our all but don’t see us beating the Stormers. I hope I am wrong but don’t think so.

They dont know how to ride that Ferari we gave them. You dont rest a Habanana. Hy moet smooth hardloop. 😆

  • 10

Puma watch how Goode dictates the game. Droping the ball behind the flat backline. That is what worries me he is going to wake them up.

  • 11

Also the Hard tackling men you have will match Schalk and kie. I really plan to pick the Sharks for a Bru win.

  • 12

10 – Super, He had a good game last week cause of the wet condtions. Not so sure this week. Though he is finally getting used to this level, though still wish we had someone like JLP at FH. You Bulls want to sell him to us?…hehehe.

11 – Super, as long as Deysel and Alberts play then yes. Pity we don’t have Frans at inside centre. With those two this year and Butch at Fh. We would have been cooking then also JF at outside centre. You know he approched the Sharks and we turned him down 🙄 Very foolish.

We have some very hard physical players but they are coming in with very, very sore bodies after playing two very physical sides two weeks in a row. Blues then the Bulls not easy that. So how long Alberts and Deysel last have no idea. The best bet is for them to rest as much this week as they can, more rest this week will far out weigh the training.

  • 13

Puma they climb into a ice bath after the game, have a relaxing day with the wifes or girlfriends and viola they are fresh on Mondays.

    😆

i am amazed how the player recoup so quickly. Look many people reckon the Bekker is better than Victor, but just look how hard this player work. I dont know what he eats or drink but bloody hell he is there week after week.

  • 14

Puma dont worry about JF man you had Adi, when will he be back. JF was never before this good , really he is red hot this year. There is a few players whose careers was messed up there in Sharkland by the constant experiments out of position.

Ruan is getting his confidence back and i really think he and Goode will be capable of containing the Duvenhage/Grant combo.

Juan de Jong and JF might be a big problem though. What can Deysel and Alberts do to plug that area?

maar solank ons daar is, is enigiets moontlik!!

    Crusaders team:

15 Colin Slade, 14 Sean Maitland, 13 Robbie Fruean, 12 Dan Bowden, 11 Zac Guildford, 10 Dan Carter, 9 Kahn Fotuali’i, 8 Kieran Read, 7 Richie McCaw (captain), 6 George Whitelock, 5 Chris Jack, 4 Brad Thorn, 3 Owen Franks, 2 Ti’i Paulo, 1 Wyatt Crockett.

13 – Super, Sorry had to go out so only going to answer this now.

Yes those ice baths take down the swelling quick. Though not totally. They had the day off on Monday too. Too sore to train and the injuries probably to a few players. Also remember Deysel has a arm injury and Alberts a ankle injury. How well they are over that I have no idea. Hope well enough to play the full 80min.

You have plenty confidence in Goode? Well he is getting better I must say and played not bad on Saturday. Ruan and Goode might contain Devenhage and Grant, just maybe. Our centres wont though. De Jong and JF far, far too good.

Adi for JF? Jeepers I know who I would have wanted, JF everytime. He playing oustanding this year. Must be the best 13 in the world.

Also not sure if John will start. Really need his scrumming. Though if that neck is not right I think he must rather rest.

Matfied and Bekker just rock up each week and play full 80min. Also don’t know how they do it without getting injured. Especially Bekker he really gets stuck in. He is playing magnificent rugby this year and Burger too. Stormers have a superb team.

Think Stormers by more than 12.

Ash, Enjoy your evening boet. Then have a great celebration on the weekend.

Okay I am out of here for now. Catch up later.

  • 21

Some more teams have been announced and the table above was suitably adjusted

  • 22

    VRYSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!

  • 23

What happened to Guy Cronje of the Sharks? The one who played flyhalf last year.

  • 24

@22 Vrystaat could end their S14 season at a high. Should be a good game for them.

  • 25

See our loose trio has been changed. Deysel 6 Alberts 7 ad Kanko at 8. Ruan at FH and Rory at Scrummie. Maybe this will work better for us, though our centres still not up to it.

  • 26

Ash, Well done on wearing the yellow cap in the crici pool. 😀

  • 27

    I HAVE AN EMERGENCEY……………………

You’ll have to mail them, explain the problem. Add YOUR predictions in the mail.

They should rectify it, did it for Puma a while ago.

They had me saying Cheetahs once by 120 instead of 12  They changed it though 😉
