So the S14 is done and dusted. Congratulations to the champs – The Bulls. Also well done to the Stormers on a very good season.

Interesting enough 3 SA teams are on top of the log. Sharks finished strong after a dismal start to the competition.

Now we can all look forward to the start of what should be a very interesting international season.

Go BOKKE !!!!

Why so negative ? What was your impression of the game ?

It’s the first time I see you since the semis… 😉

Hi Blouste, congratulations on the Bulls winning, although I dont think there were many suprises there. Last nights blog comments on Keo and Sulk Burger’s whining reminded me why I wanted the Bulls to win. The Stormers are a good side but have a long way to go still. There tight 5 are not up to scratch.

    @ Winston:

    He he he…

Yip there seem to be a lot of moaning…

Thanks on the congrats hey 😉

  • 4

I think we will beat the Bulls after 2011 when alot of the senior players retire or go overseas 🙂

  • 5

    @ Winston:

Maybe, but a lot of youngsters are coming thru too.

Did we miss Bakkies ? Nope, Flip is a great talent.
    Dewald Potgieter
    Deon Stegmann
    Gerhard van den Heever
    Spies
    Francios Hougaard
Juandre Kruger etc. are all players that will still be there

  • 6

Also we won the Vodacom Cup…

I stand to be corrected but junior levels aswell.

Things are looking healthy at the BULLS.

  • 7

Blouste,as good as what those players are they dont have what Fourie and Papa Matfield do. But yeah, you guys are still going to dominate for a few years still.

  • 8

    @ Winston:

I agree but Fourie and Matfield were’nt always this great.
These guys will also develop more in the next two or so seasons…

  • 9

    @ Blouste:
Good Morning Blouste, see you are up bright and breezy!! I think however some of our Bulls friends may be feeling somewhat ‘jaded’ this morning!! 🙂

GrootBlueHangover and superHangover to name just two!!

  • 10

    @ Blue Bird:

Ya well, we must try hey 😉

How are you doing mam ?

  • 12

Well a good evening from my side. I just ate too much so feeling very lazy.

  • 13

    @ smallies72:

    Ok, thanks.

  • 14

SA vs Samoa coming up soon

  • 15

I think this ranking system is a joke, how can my beloved Sharks be third after coming ninth in the Super 14??

  • 16

    @ smallies72:
smallies we appreciate you guys. Your scouts go out and get the best talent from the rugby weeks and polish them well for other more wealthy unions to buy them.

We must pay you guys a for the good work you do. Then maybe you can afford a few of them. Without money this will not stop.

  • 17

    who won the battles between?
    Zane vs Joe
    Mossie and Wynand
    Gio and Francios
    Steyn and Grant
    Habana and Jaco
Fourie we all know won the battle , but Dewalt is very nearly SA,s second best no 9 now. They must not fark Ruan around, Dewalt will pass him.

  • 18

Don’t forget that a lot of Grey boys come from other provinces.

  • 19

    @ Winston:

Bar the Sharks whom made a charge at the end of the season, I think this is a pretty fair reflection on this season…

Also remember it’s an all-time log that are suppose to reflect current form.

  • 20

    @ superBul:

All the Bulls , bar Habana maybe imo…

  • 21

    @ Blouste:
i watched the replay , and hell it looks better and better. We tackled like…like….. the Stormers 😀

That front row Gary, Werner and Steenkamp put in great tackles. Gurthro is more and more like Os du Rand.

The biggest lesson for the Stormers yesterday is you will not beat the Bulls with 14 players and a little mouse.
