255 – Gbs, See the Reds have to play, Stormers, Brumbies and Highlanders. They will beat the Brumbies and Landers. Think Stormers will beat the Reds.

Coming home for the Bulls is tough. They will pick up 5 points from the Lions then have to play the Sharks, Saders and Stormers. All very tough games.

Stormers too have tough games coming home. Sharks, Saders and Bulls.

351 – Winston: The Cheetahs are suffering from lots of disruptions and injuries this season, but there has always been something rotten in the FS Rugby administration – I lived there for 24 years. Amazing though that they can compete (very well) in CC, but suck in S14 – similar to BB a few years ago. They must miss Rassie…

Geluk Bulle met daardie bonuspunt verloor ! 😉

  • 376

    375@ Alibaba – Hehehehehe

Janee, my SuperBru lyk maar kakkerig ook!

  • 377

372 – Puma: No it’s a good thing, Cheetahs have their mind made up and will only play the other Ebersohn with the bigger reputation – this one would have become a Helgard Muller, or a Meyer Bosman – a stop gap. Mark my words – this one at the Sharks is going to be the better one – just the Cheetahs’ luck!!!

  • 381

  • 382

It looked like for the Bulls that they had in their minds if they were going to lose a match they probably woulodnt mind it being this one.
They have a toughie set of matches…Reds now then Lions next week without any Bye this time.

Bulls wwere pacing themselves today…I struggled to see how it could be fatigue. Bulls and reds played the same number of games and the Reds have traveled to and from RSA.

Good game though and well done to the freakin Reds…what the hell are the over-rated showponies in canberra doing. Too many prima donnas in Canberra. The Reds played for each other it was awesome to see.

    Unlucky Bulls!

383 – Walla, The Reds looking the best out of the Aussie teams. WOW!!!!!!! Who would have thought at the start of the season. They could make the semi. Only tough game I see for them still is against the Canes.

  • 385

    Puma

Thwey are proving to be an unpredictable package. Deans will be a Doos not to pick Genia and Cooper as his starting combo then with giteau at inside centre.

The sharks mate just need to keep winning and some other results will come their way.

  • 386

385 – Walla, Morning well evening to your there.

Yip, the Reds are playing some fantastic rugby. A pleasure to watch them. Genia will be scrummie and if Deans does not select Cooper at FH he is making a huge mistake. Gits should play inside centre.

The Aussie team this year is going to be superb. Going to be a great Tri-Nations. For me Cooper is the BEST FH in the S14 competition this year. By a long way. (Breaks my heart to say that as a saffa but have to be honest) he is just superb to watch.

  • 387

    Puma

It was interesting to see how mackensie set up the tactics.
FH and inside centre close together and there was distance between 2nd centre and wing. Between scrummie and FH it alternated between close range and long range.
Mackensie got the tactics right to suite the reds strengths.

You know one thing about all of this and why the Reds really enjoyed their win…it is due to the respect this Aussie team had of the bulls. Noone gets excited when they beat a low ranking side or a team that is not respected on the field.

The Bulls are good and they are not finished…they can afford this loss!

  • 388

387 – Walla, Agree with you. All teams that play a top team up their game a from respect. (Hope my Sharks can against the Bulls/Stormers…..hehehe)

Reds have a superb coach though and the players are really great in that side this year. Most of them under 25 years of age too. That is scary!!!! This team could become a great team for years to come.

Bulls will still be there. Though they do have some tough games. They will beat the Lions probably with a bonus point. Then they play the Sharks, Saders and Stormers those are going to be very tough games for sure. Stormers in the same situation. Have to play Saders, Sharks and Bulls. Will have to see how it turns out.

Like a thriller now to see who lands up in the semi. Blues could too.

  • 389

Interesting though for the Saders…if they top they table they will still have to travel…back home.

Coming second is the worst position to be for them if a saffa team tops the log…have to fly home to play their semi and then fly back to play the final.
