VRYSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT! And Bulls!
Good to see Mapoe back on the wing and Ebersohn at outside centre.
Even though I have picked Canes to win on my bru, would love to see Cheethas win this one.
Go Cheetahs.
Hey Loosehead …
Are you gonna back your team on superbru ? Please do I need to close that gap man… π
Hi Puma
This Cheetah team can most defenitly beat the Canes, they just need to sort their heads…
O yes…
I also predict that the BULLS will NOT win this weekend… π
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLS !!! And Cheaters! π
Blouste: the Hurricanes are without 1/2 their team…..I would probably back the Sharks to beat the Canes. [Well maybe not but you know what I mean].
This is the best that I have ever done on Superbru, eat my shorts!
He he he
Congrats boet, you are sitting pretty…
It does’nt matter who plays for the Hurricanes…
The question is …wich Cheetah side will pitch … π
After the fukken Bulls poached our players [J-LP and Van Der Merwe] we only have 1 team left.
The Bulls are a lot smarter than the Sharks. They poach from the States, the Sharks poach from the Lions …LMFAO!
Bath – Butch James will not be joining the Stormers for the 2011 Super 15 season, according to his management company.
According to the Sky Sports website, there has been mounting speculation that the World Cup-winning flyhalf would return to South Africa next season, having left the Sharks to join Bath in 2007.
However, reports that he has signed a deal with the Western Province franchise for the 2011 season have been dismissed.
Craig Livingstone, MD of Prosport International said: “Butch James has not signed for the Stormers for 2011 despite media reports. His contract with Bath extends until June 2012.”
James is currently facing a month on the sidelines after injuring his shoulder against Worcester.
The Stormers currently have Peter Grant as their No 1-choice pivot as Willem de Waal is eased back slowly into the frame after a serious neck injury.
The Stormers are currently in fifth position in the Super 14 standings after three rounds of play.
Hey Loosehead…who poached J LP ?
He is a Pretoria boytjie…
#10
π
The Cheetahs team could be better… David de Villiers is a hard-working lock and underrated… and where’s Robert Ebersohn’s brother, Sias… for Flyhalf?
Glad to see Robert Ebersohn.
Will insert much needed pace into the backline and much better defence. This guy is a monster on defence. And he has the skills to put Mapoe or Nokwe into loads of space.
14 – Apoc184,
Cheetahs have a good chance of winning this one. Loosehead is right, Canes without some of their top players. Read it yesterday in the New Zealand Herald. Only out for this weeks game but back for the game against the Stormers it looks like.
Go Cheetahs go get em.
Bulls dont poach any player, they invite them over for coffee and then they feel the winning aura and plead to be part of it. π
ALMOST EVERY player in South Africa and a large fraction of internationals would not mind at all to get the opportunity to play for the Bulls.
If I were a 20 yr old youngster, from ANYWHERE in South Africa, careerwise I would jump to play for the Bulls, even if they offered half the money compared to other franchises. Five succesfull years at the Bulls and you get your green jersey and two years later you write your own checque in Europe.
@14 Apoc184: It is very important that guys like Robert Ebersohn and Sarel Pretorius get us much game time as possible. They form a large part of our future Springbok breeder group.
Let’s hope Cheetahs can bounce back and kick some Hurricane butt this weekend.
