51 Nonu intercepts and breaks! He’s made 30m, Conrad Smith is up with him. The Cavalry arrives for the Blues just in time. The ball is stuck. Scrum to the Blues 5m from their own line.
Ek sien hy is op die rugga, maar my arme 384 lyn trek swaer, dis soos om ‘n karavaan met ‘n uno te sleep.
Had to take a business call that LASTED 30min. So have missed a HUGE chunk of this game. Pleased to see Canes have come back though. Only for my bru picks.
Go Canes.
21 Aaron Cruden had a great welcome, a crunching tackle
53 The Blues have enjoyed 52 % of the possession, but the territory stats are in the ‘Canes favour. A Strong scrum from the Blues allows Brett to clear. Aaron Cruden is on for Ripia – this should be interesting.
Thanks GBS.
My picks gemaak, of net vir die volgende game.
Vat daai link altyd so lank bdb?Of is dit my strooitjie lyn?
54 OH! Welcome to Super 14 rugby mate! Cruden is smashed by Benson Stanley and stays down! He looks winded.
intercept try Hurricanes
Yes, Canes intercept and get a try. Now go boys need to start my Superbru with a win here 😀
Hurricanes 22-20
Hurricanes gaan wen hier.
DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!
56 TRY, HURRICANES, GEAR. 20-20. Stephen Brett throws a shocker, Hosea Gear steps up to intercept it, turns on the gas and run 60m untouched to score. It’s all square
conversion over 22-20
Kom Blues !
penalty 25-20 now
Penalty for Canes and over it goes…….Yes. 25 / 20 Canes.
58 CONVERSION, WEEPU. 20-22. The Hurricanes take the lead, which is astonishing considering the first half. To be fair, the team in yellow have had the better of the second period.
60 Aaron Cruden charges down Brett, the Canes come charging through on the attack. The Blues are offside. Penalty!
61 PENALTY, HURRICANES, WEEPU. 20-25. The Blues are throwing this away, how they are trailing by five points is beyond me.
Heeeeeeeee haaaaaa, I picked Hurricanes by 6… so far so good
Blues gaan 27-25 wen …
63 Andrew Hore doesn’t throw in straight so the Blues have a scrum on their 10m line. Brett switches with Toeava who crosses the gain line but is then shut down by Vito.
65 The Blues run it into ‘Canes territory. It comes out wide to Ranger but somehow pops out of the Hurricanes side at the ruck. Cruden kicks down the middle of the field, but straight to Williams, who starts the counter.
Pity that was lost forward there by Nonu.
Really nice to see a big crowd at the stadium. Seems like our rugby cousins in NZ must have missed the rugga as much as us.
Would be nice if each team gets a penalty…. to make the score 28 / 23… then I’m in the pound seats!
Blues hardloop hulself moeg van die een kantlyn na die ander kantlyn, speel nie slim rugby nie. Moet lyne reguit maak.
Overrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Canes 28 / 20
