The 4Th and last 5-day Test between the SA Proteas and England takes place at Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg from 14 January to 18 January 2010. The Proteas are one down in the series, so it is essential for them to win this Test to square the series and salvage some SA pride. This is the match thread for discussion of the game.

He was Puma but he’s not a specialist bowler but nice back up to have to give the front line guys a break. Duminy needs to focus on this batting,think his problem is he’s just going through second season syndrome,but he’s the real deal,he’ll get through this. I have always thought you need 5 bowlers in a test side unless you have a Warne and McGrath.

640 – Winston, Agree there. JP maybe going through a slump at the moment with the bat. He will be back for sure. Was hoping this innings but not to be. He is bowling well though.
We have Steyn, Morkel, Kallis Parnell, McClaren then Duminy as our back up spinner but he has bowled really well in the last two tests. So maybe we have enough bowlers for this test. Hoping as it was the bowling that let us down by not bowling them out when we had them on the rope.
Have to go out for a half hour Winston. Will catch up when I get back.
