52 – Treehugs, Hello. I know keeping fit keeps you young. You cant do much with rubbish knees though, also have a slipped disc in my lower back and neck. But I can swim though 😉
Would love to be still doing my long walks each day or better running. Used to run at least 10km everyday and even more also went to the gym. Used to be super fit.
Now probably blog too much. Fingers are are very fit…. 😆

Calanetics what is it? Just stretching? Better not stretch my disc right out……..hehehe. Just bending hurts my back. Went and lifted something heavy over a month back. Knew not to as I have this slipped disc for many years now. Under control but after that it is really bad. Will have to have it seen to in the New Year. For now not even that will put me down. Just having a great holiday so far.

I am in Sydney.
We are virtually guaranteed no rain in Sydney this time of the year…but it gets extremely hot here. In January temps get to 43 degrees easy.
It is promising to be a scorcher this year as we have had 40+ days early in November…..at those temps it is not happiness at the beach!!

84 – Sydney is lovely. Been there once. Yip, you guys do get it very hot there this time of year.
Here in Durbs as you know we get a lot of rain this time of year but I enjoy it. Rather that than the heat. I hate the humidity. Today it is hot around 32 and humid. Our hottest month as you know is Feb. Then the humidity is in full swing. By that time I go back to my Joburg home. Humidity just too much for me that time of year.
Just hope the weather holds out for the crici. Being played at Centurion so good weather there normally this time of year but we having strange weather up there. See we have had some full day rain normally just get thunderstorms this time of year. Looks a hot and dry there today though.
Visited Brisbane, Gold Coast and been to Cairns and Port Douglas. Port Douglas my favourite. Lovely up there. Only need to go when it is not in their rain months. I went in September one year.
