The upswing for me not taking any pills ( esp. Headache ) is that my last headache was about 2 years ago.Pills just treat the symptom and actually aggravates the problem in the longer term.
Can`t even remember how a headache feels. Don`t miss them at all.

Big Brother is back…….hehe. 😀 You know that with diabetes the best drink you can have is Whiskey, as it has the lowest amount of sugar in it than any other Alcohol Beverages. Also the low Alcohol beers and wine have less sugar. But Whiskey believe it or not still has less sugar than those two as well.
I don’t drink Whisky but know that because of my brother-in-law that has diabetes and that is the drink he is allowed.
