Pain management – have you tried Acupuncture ? Can be particularly successful with nerve related constant pain. You can try a nerve “block” this way to see if it helps. My dad (a conservative old boy) tried after he witnessed acupuncture used very successfully on one of his race horses & was amazed by the results !
