Wikus van Heerden will once again play for the Lions.

The GLRU have been negotiating with Saracens to have Van Heerden released from his current contract. He was not able to get out of his contract in time for the Super 14, but he will be back to feature for the Lions in next season’s Currie Cup.

32- Morning Shark a Doodle, are you ok today?

  • 34

Muir didn’t leave the Sharks because he had to, he wanted to.

It’s also known that he and Straueli didn’t really see eye to eye.

  • 35

    Sharky – 22

It does seem strange that he can now coach Lions and be assistant to the Boks.

Maybe rules have been changed since then.

    Morning to you too Polla.

  • 42

Ole DM must really be desperate for a head coaching job…I dont think the Lion Cage is the easiest enviroment to be coaching nowadays!.

  • 43

    gm puma and willa

willa i aint saying either that DM would do anything unethical, i doubt that very much

  • 44

Het ouens soos Smal en Alistair Coetzee nie ook bokke afgerig terwyl hul nogsteeds by bokke betrokke was nie ?

  • 45

Wel, ek dink DM is nie te slegte coach nie, maar hoekom die Leeus nie vir HM gevat het nie, verstaan ek nou nog nie ? Kan iemand verduidelik ?

  • 46

Sour grapes if you ask me.

  • 47

nee bdb they were not linked to wp at the time , when jake left the bok setup , AC left too and was then contracted by wp

  • 48

    43 – Morning Sharky,

You think the rules have changed now that Muir can coach the Lions and be assistant to the Boks?

Gold also still working for Stormers and the Boks.

  • 49

Sharky, Puma – sorry got distracted with my tea and toast, 2 hours behind you lot and Puma I have been for a run before you think I’ve been in bed for too long!

  • 50

The Lions need two good locks…one for the front gate and one for the back gate of Ellispark…to keep their players in!

  • 51

Sharky, You think Alberts and Ludick will come to the Sharks?

Still hearing rumours that Brussow may come. Somehow I think that is a rumour. Far as I know Brussow has signed a two year contract with Cheetahs last year. Smallies told me here awhile back.

  • 52

    willa not at all

alan solomons was accused way back of trying to lure bok players to wp when he was bok assistant , was eeven confirmed that time by some sharks players

    think about it

  • 53

    Carol – 49

Good that you are keeping fit just as long as you take care and not run too far and wear the best running shoes you can buy.

See your clocks have changed. It must be getting dark soon there now.

  • 56

    lol polla

anyhows i think sarfu said the matter was solved

  • 57

Yip, I doubt that Brussow is coming to the Sharks. If he does well that loose trio would be brilliant.
