Today we had the much awaited match between the Wallabies and the Springboks, taking place at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. The Wallabies won convincingly, 21 / 6
The Wallabies came out firing from the first whistle, playing the better game, throughout the match. They scored first, through a Giteau penalty and stayed in front right to the end.
Initally it was trading penalties and drop goals and a hard physical battle. The Wallabies scored two tries, first by Ashley Cooper, and then near the end, one by James O’Conner.
The Springboks never crossed the allabie try line.
One important record was achieved by Morne Sten, becomming the Bok player to score the fastest 100 points in the history of the game, beating the record Jannie de Beer, who (Jannie) scored his 100 from 9 Tests.

@sharky_forever – Agree
443@Ed_the_Lion –
@Puma – Sorry to say but Brussow’s honeymoon is over, he’s been worked out like many other players at this level before.
@grootblousmile – I’m off….Give the Bulls a shout from me!!
Hey, “It’s only a game”… Grrrr 🙄 laters
@Supa Die Bloubul – Mossie was good. Did nothing wrong.
I see that Koos calls the Cheeters game thread a TREAD
@Boerboel – I think so too. He was an unknown….but they worked him out.
@Puma –
Is Pocock the ex-Zimbo, no?
Played Cravens for them, I think.
supa sorry cant agree
watch the replays
naas is pissed off
he is showing how they got away with murder
@sharky_forever – 444
Yes and that useless ref allowed them to get away with it. It stopped us playing our game. They should have been penalised many times over. What a useless ref.
@Boerboel – Luckily he didn’t call it a treat. 😛
455@carol – Cheers Karlien… enjoy !
I will shout my lungs out for the Bulls !!
Byee Chaps, enjoy your rugby this afternoon….It can’t be worse than this !! 😉
@sharky_forever – Yes why is no-one watching? They got away with murder DAMN WHAT the hell was the ref doing? Useless.
Brussouw was good today, but thats the first bad game in a Bok jersey. Schalk didnt do better when he came on either. Morne’s kicking was aimless and we dont have replacements for Habana and JPP.
@carol – Cheers Carol enjoy the rest of your day. We take our rugga serious Carol lol. Just the way we are. We will be back next week 😀 hoping.
@bdb sorry bdb maar dit het jy reeds gedoen to jy vinnig genoeg gese he ons moet bj terug kry of cj
smitty wasnt the one with problems , and the only time they got the better of him is when they pushed in and up
watch what naas is saying , you might learn something
@Ed_the_Lion – 😆
456@isigidi –
Excepts lose the ball twice and miss a tackle that lead to a try. But he was one of the better backs at least. Only he and JDV did someting on attack.
@K9-MonsterLeeu –
@442 🙂
Moosa seer daai!
@Supa Die Bloubul – 468
Thats a huge thing no-one to step into Habs or JPP’s boots when they are injured. Odwa just not up to it. Like I said from the start I would have started with Frans on the wing. May have made a difference.
@sharky_forever –
What did Naas say please?
fdp was played from offsides positions how many times??
they scrumed up
they were allowed to hold onto the ball on the ground
so many things were over looked when it comes to the ozzies
Spies was very bad today. If only he could tackle. 😆
458@Ed_the_Lion –
Eish Ons blerrie krag is af sedert vroeg vanoggend, kon nie game sien nie, baie frustrerend!
Hoor daar is weer elektriese kabels gesteel
